The increase, the third tuition Princeton To Curb Protestors PRINCETON (UPI) Prince ton University President Robert F. Goheen vowed yesterday to deal sternly with unruly student protesters who show up to taunt a Dow Chemical Co. re cruiter scheduled to arrive here next week.

The Princeton Ad Hoc Com mittee for Peace and Human Rights said it has a "moral re sponsibility to act" against Dow, the makers of napalm bombs. But Goheen issued a statement that said "action which infringes seriously on the rights of others or interferes with the normal operation of the univer sity cannot be taken lightly." He said "action inconsistent' with this policy will subject the protestors to disciplinary action The student committee said it is still deciding what kind of protest to use against the Dow representative when he arrives Tuesday. wmmmm mm wiLJammmm mam UPI-Courier Post Telefax PFC Paul Krustchinski, 21, of Houston, Texas, watches "K-Niner," puppy belonging to a buddy who was wounded last week in the Dak To battle to evict North Vietnamese soldiers from the area, II hike in five years, was announced by university President Dr. Robert F. Goheen.

Dr. Go heen said the Board of Trustees approved the raise to maintain a balance between student fees and other spiraling costs. A simultaneous increase of $300 was also announced for graduate tuition, bringing that annual total to $2,250. It is the first time in the history of Princeton that graduate tuition has exceeded that of undergraduates. In a letter to students, Dr.

Goheen said, "I am sure you realize that at Princeton the tuition charge represents only about half the actual costs of an undergraduate's education; the remaining costs must be met from gifts." Students at the university currently receive more than 000 annually in scholarships. Student employment produces another $450,000 a year for undergraduates.
