"Her only self activity was golf," said Mr. Budd. "She was an ardent golfer and a member of Tavistock Country Club. Everything else she did in her life was for the good of somebody else." Along with her husband, Mrs. Budd is survived by two sons, William I.

of Mill Valley, Calif. and Thomas L. of Indiana, a sister, Elva Brady of Wilbraham, and a granddaughter, Beth Barbor of Moorestown. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. MIRIAM R.

08057. Raymond Mumford, retired cemetery manager SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. Raymond F. Mumford, a former resident of Cherry Hill, died Saturday at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital in Arizona after a long illness. Mr.

Mumford, who was 79, was a former general manager of Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill, where he will be buried. "He had been employed there as long as I can remember," said his daughter, Helen Evelyn Campbell of Westmont. "He really enjoyed his work there." Retiring at the age of 65, Mumford spent most of his retirement involved with church activities and playing golf. just seemed to enjoy everything," said Campbell. Mr.

Mumford was a member of of the Gideons International and a founding member and elder emeritus of First Alliance Church of Merritt Island, Fla. Along with his daughter, Helen Evelyn Campbell of Westmont, Mr. Mumford is survived by his wife, Grace Gabriel Mumford; a daughter, Grace Elaine Fry of Arizona; a brother, Howard S. of Sarasota, four grandsons and five great-grandchildren. There will be no services for Mr.

Elizabeth Walbridge, managed Oaklyn tavern OAKLYN Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday for Elizabeth "Betty" Walbridge, who was the manager of McGlone's Tavern in Oaklyn and a former employee of the Old Mill Inn in Pennsauken. Mrs.

Walbridge died Saturday at Cooper Medical Center, Camden, after a brief illness. She was 85. A longtime Oaklyn resident, Mrs. Walbridge, along with husband Harry who died in 1956, had managed McGlone's Tavern in Oaklyn for the past 40 years. Before that, she worked as head cashier and supervisor of the Old Mill Inn in Pennsauken, which her brother Neil Deighan owned in the 1930s and 1940s.

Mrs. Walbridge was also a graduate of the St. Agnes School of Nursing in Philadelphia. Surviving are her son, John H. of Whiting; a sister, Nell Mulligan; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 Collings Collingswood. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St.

Richard McGough, worked at RCA in Moorestown SUMMIT Services will be Thursday for Richard P. McGough, who was a former employee of RCA, Moorestown, and a former Cherry Hill resident. McGough was employed for RCA in Moorestown from 1953 to 1969. He retired in 1988 after three years with the A.D.P. Brokerage Information Systems Group in New York. He also worked for the G.T.E. Control Data Corp.

in New York from 1969 to 1985 and the Army Fire Control Radar Laboratory in Philadelphia from 1950 to 1953. Mr. McGough was a Navy veteran of World War II. Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Cherry Hill for 16 years. He moved to Summit 16 years ago.

Mr. McGough was a member of St. Teresa's Church of Summit, where he sang in the choir. Surviving are his wife, Norma (nee Dillon); a daughter, Melinda; a son, Richard P. III, and two brothers, Donald and Kenneth.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Brough Funeral Home, 535 Springfield Summit. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Teresa's Church, Morris Avenue, Summit.

Interment will be private. Raymond J. Preusch, former school custodian GLOUCESTER CITY Raymond J. Preusch, a former maintenance custodian for the Gloucester City Public Schools, died Sunday after a long illness at West Jersey Hospital, Camden. Mr.

Preusch, of Gloucester City, was 68 years old. He retired from the school system in 1986 after 17 years of service. He was a steward for more than 20 years in the Greater Kensington String Band and belonged to the AMVETS of World War II, Post 158, Philadelphia. He served in World War II as a bridge Carpenter in the U.S. Army and fought in the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium.

He retired as a private with the 82nd Engineers. Joseph Cline, worked at Phila. Naval Base HADDON TWP. Services will be tomorrow for Joseph B. Cline, 91, who died of an aortic aneurysm Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Mr. Cline, a Westmont resident, was a retired loftman who had worked at Philadelphia Naval Base for many years. He was a member of the Westmont Fire Co. No. 1 and was a member of seven masonic lodges: Camden No.

15, Ionic, Collingswood, Cherry Hill, Mispah, Parkside and Universal. He also was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. An ardent music lover, Mr. Cline played the organ at the Philadelphia Naval Aircraft chapel, for the Collingswood and Camden Lions Clubs, and for a number of movie theaters.

Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Eilenberg, Cline, and numerous and nephews. Services tomorrow at 11 Mr. Preusch is survived by his wife, Catherine May; a stepson, Larry D. Schmidt of Bellmawr, a stepdaughter, Mary Jane Ford of Philadelphia, 15 grandchildren and two great -grandchildren. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m.
