Burial will be private. Laurence L. Crispin, 87, of East Greenwich, died Sunday at home. Formerly of Swedesboro, Mr. Crispin was mayor of Swedesboro in 1943.

A lawyer in Woodbury from 1933 to 1988, Mr. Crispin served as Gloucester County's counsel for more than 20 years. He was a deputy attorney general for the state in 1946. Mr. Crispin was a past trustee of Underwood-Memorial Hospital and a director of the former First Peoples Bank of New Jersey.

He belonged to the Gloucester County and New Jersey Bar Associations. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. Crispin was a member of Woodbury Country Club and Trinity Episcopal Church, Swedesboro. Surviving are a son, Lars of East Greenwich; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a friend, Virginia Fuller of Pitman.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Kings Highway, Clarksboro, where friends may call at 10:45 a.m. Burial will be private in Lawn-side Cemetery, Woodstown. Arrangements are by McGuin-ness Funeral Home of Woodbury and Washington Township.

Janice Lockman, 43, of National Park, died Sunday at Underwood-Memorial Hospital, Woodbury, after a long KELLY On May 21, 1995, Frances H. (nee Stranahan) of Rio Grande, age 89. Mr. Lynch, known as Chuck, was the retired director of manpower assessment and planning for Hay Associates of Philadelphia, a management consulting firm.

He worked at the firm for 30 years. A graduate of the University of Illinois and Louisiana State University, he held a doctorate in psychology from the University of Chicago. He was a member of the American Psychologist Association and the Association of Consulting Management Engineers. A Marine veteran of World War II, Mr. Lynch received a Purple Heart.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara I. (nee Lachowicz); a son, Michael D. of Littleton, a daughter, Wendy Kathleen Malain of Redding, two stepdaughters, Danielle Moffa of Cinnaminson and Michele Shelton of Upper Marlboro, and five grandsons. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. today at SnoverGivnish Funeral Home, 1200 Route 130, Cinnaminson.

Burial will be private. James C. Mullin, 68, of Cherry Hill, died of natural causes Saturday at his home. He was a driver and salesman for Mrs. Smith's Bakery in Philadelphia and a school bus driver for the Cinnaminson school district.

A Navy veteran of World War II, he belonged to American Legion Post 125 of Pennsauken. Mr. Mullin was a former coach of Cherry Hill's National Little League and Babe Ruth League and a manager of Cherry Hill Girls Soaball. He was a member and former treasurer of Cherry Hill Fire Co. 1.

Surviving are his wife, Susanne (nee Simon); a son, Michael J. of Pennsauken; two daughters, Bonnie Stead of Evesham and Kathleen Lange of Somerdale; and four grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 9 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 Collings Collingswood.

Marielle Ann Hellstrom, two days old, of Anderson, S.C., died Friday at Greenville Memorial Hospital, Anderson. today at Grace Episcopal Church, Anderson. Burial will be in the church memorial garden. Arrangements are by McDou-gald Funeral Home of Anderson. William J. Sass, 63, of Cherry Hill, died Sunday at Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, after an illness.

Born in Monona, Iowa, Mr. Sass lived in Flushing, N.Y., before moving to Cherry Hill 18 years ago. He managed Fuddruckers Restaurant, Voorhees. Previously, he was a reservation manager for Northwest Orient Airlines in New York and a salesman for the airline in Philadelphia. He was past chairman of American Airlines Philadelphia Local Military Committee in 1982.

Surviving are her parents, Kendrick W. and Pat of Sewell; a sister, Teresa Simone of Glass-boro; and two brothers, Kenneth and Steven, both of Mullica Hill. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Washington Township. Samuel Jacob Taylor, 69, Of Franklinville, died Sunday at home. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Taylor resided in Franklinville his entire life. He was a retired truck driver.

Surviving are his son, Samuel J. of Williamstown; a daughter, Mary "Kathy" Champion of Mullica Hill; two brothers, Edward of Clementon and Raymond of Rochester, N.Y.; and six grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Barclay Funeral Home, Broad and Maple streets, Clayton, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hurffville.

Dolores J. Crim-Potop-chuk, 73, of Monroe, died Friday at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Washington Township. Born in Camden, Mrs. Crim-Potopchuk (nee Shillow) formerly lived in Deptford. A resident of the Williamstown section for the past 30 years, she was a home-maker.

Surviving are two sons, Michael W. Crim of Turnersville and Andrew Potopchuk Jr. of Monroe, and four grandchildren. Services were held Monday under the direction of the Farnelli Funeral Home, Williamstown. Robert C.

Smith, 48, of Pennsauken, died Sunday at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Cherry Hill. A former resident of East Camden, Mr. Smith had lived in Pennsauken for 23 years. He was a self-employed computer repairman and a member of the Pennsylvania Railroad Technical and Historical Society, the Friends of the East Broadtop Erie Lackawanna Historical Society and the Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad Preservation and Historical Society. He is survived by his mother, Marion R.
