"Snuffy" passed away at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home in Vineland. He was 90. Joe was born and raised in Mt. Holly, graduating from RVRHS and was recognized as the outstanding Athlete of 1938. Joe was a US Navy Veteran of 30 years serving in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.

Joe received numerous commendations and awards during his military service career.
