Garrett, 91, of Haddonfield, died Monday at Virtua-West Jersey Hospital, Voorhees. Formerly of New York state. James E. Rourke Jr. of Haddon Township died Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden. Born in Camden, Mr. Rourke formerly lived in Berlin Borough.

He was a contract negotiator for the state. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He served in the 82nd Airborne Division and received two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. He was a member of Vietnam Veterans of America, the Ancient Order of Hibernians in Gloucester City, the National Purchasing Managers Association and the National Veterans of Foreign Wars. In Waterford, he was a member of the Republican Board, the zoning and planning boards, the Tri-centennial Committee and the mayor's Ad Hoc Committee.

Handy (nee Lane) lived in Will-iamstown most of her life. She was a resident of Meadowview Nursing Home and a former resident of the Post House in Glassboro. She also lived in Mount Dora, for 23 years. She worked as a secretary for 25 years at Ancora State Hospital, retiring in 1974. She is survived by three nieces.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson. Arrangements are by the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, Williamstown. Nina J. DeFulgentis, 88, of Voorhees, died Tuesday at Virtua-West Jersey Hospital, Voorhees.

Mrs. DeFulgentis (nee Matzels) was born in Khabarovsk, Russia. She is survived by a son, Robert J. of Marlton; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m.

Weiss (nee Bunch) lived in Maple Shade for 37 years. She was a waitress at the Golden Eagle Restaurant in Maple Shade for 28 years. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, John H. two sons, John H. Jr.

and James both of Maple Shade; two daughters, De-bra Berthoud of Bethlehem, and Janet Mancuso of Moorestown; a brother, Ronald Bunch of Philadelphia; and seven grandchildren. Friends may call Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Carol Dixon Jennings, 81, of Burlington Township, died Tuesday at her home. Born in Florida and a 1942 graduate of Florida State University, she was a teacher at the Longfellow School in Pennsauken for 21 years. She retired in 1982. She formerly lived in Merchantville and Pennsauken. She was a volunteer tutor for the Neighborhood Center in Camden following her retirement and was a 50 year member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Merchantville, where she also was a member of the United Methodist Women.

She is survived by a son, Joseph D. of Kunkletown, two daughters, Diane of New York City and Christine E. of Burlington Township; a brother, Orville Wright Dixon of Sebastian, four grandchildren; and one greatgrandchild. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Merchantville.

Interment will be private. A resident of the Liberty Park section of Blackwood for about 50 years. Mr. Maguire was a machinist and tool maker. He retired in 1994 from the Campbell Soup where he worked for 18 years and helped build various custom production equipment, including sterilization systems and machinery for making containers and lids. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth; three daughters, Ruth Furphy, Catherine Howat and Jean Pino; and eight grandchildren. Friends may call Friday from 10 a.m. at the Gardner Funeral Home, Black Horse Pike, Runnemede. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, Pitman. Signe Zelley, 87, of Voorhees, died Tuesday at home. Mrs. Zelley (nee Strand) was born in Rochester, Wash. She served in the Army and was an executive with the U.S.

Census Bureau. She was active with the Animal Welfare Association and was an organist, musician and artist. She is survived by a sister, Lilly S. Voetberg of Centralia, and five nephews and two nieces. Friends may call Friday at 1 p.m.
